About Us

Career Education & Technical Society (CETS) is a social organization working towards the upliftment of educational standards and spreading the cause of education for all, through its various projects in the field of academics, community-based education programmes, social welfare programmes, adult education programmes and income generating training programmes. CETS formed by its President and Members in December 2006 with initial objective of Social Welfare and upliftment to the maximum possible section of the Society along with basic IT training. By the each passing year, CETS become the well-known institution dedicated to skill development trainings, vocational training and placement.

We are dedicated to transforming lives and building stronger communities through our dual focus on skill development and social welfare. Our organization is committed to empowering individuals and families by equipping them with essential skills and providing comprehensive support to address their social and economic needs. CETS is working with the mantra of “Skill for All” and achieving it with delivering the training to each economically backward class, vulnerable groups and maximum possible section of the Society.

Here is step by step services offered by CETS

  • 1. Mobilization

    • The candidates mobilized as per market survey and demand of the project and training

  • 2. Initial Assessment and Screening

    • Evaluate the participant’s current skills, knowledge, and career interests to tailor the training to their needs

  • 3. Enrolment and Orientation

    •Complete registration for the vocational training program, including any required documentatio •Introduce participants to the training program, including curriculum, objectives, and available resources.

  • 4.Training and Practical Knowledge

    • Offer hands-on instruction in specific trades or technical fields, using industry-standard tools and equipment. •Provide training in essential non-technical skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

  • 5. Assessment and Certification

    •Conduct assessments by respective SSC’s to check the proficiency in skills and provide the certification

  • 6. Placement

    •Offer mock interviews and interview coaching to improve job application skills
